The Plant Operations Standards and Monitoring Division (POSMD) of the National Meat Inspection Service with collaboration of RSRH Livestock Corporation had a successful Retooling Training – Workshop for Regional Technical Directors and Central Office Division Heads last September 27, 2018 at RSRH Marilao, Bulacan meat establishment.
The activity aims to review and enhance technical knowledge, desicion-making, and actions of technical officers in the actual meat inspection process and activities in accredited slaughterhouses to cope with the changes in meat inspection systems. Likewise, to empower technical officers to ensure consistent delivery of meat inspection service.
Mr. Raymond M. Hernandez, President and CEO of RSRH Livestock Corporation, is the resource person who discussed topics relative to beef cuts.
Along with this, RSRH also received a plaque of appreciation from Dr. Ernesto S. Gonzales, NMIS Executive Director; Dr. Eduardo R. Oblena, RTOC 3 Regional Director and POSMD Head Dr. Edna Gray for RSRH continued support and cooperation to the programs and activities of the National Meat Inspection Service.
